Excited to join in! I try to keep my screen time to under 2 hours a day, but have middling success with that, and I find myself having 6-8 hours screen time days every now and then. Consistency is hard! but I'm looking forward to the community aspect.

I’m definitely participating! From being completely off social media for the first half of the last year, my screen time has now somehow gone to 6 hours a day and i can clearly feel the mental health impact. And yet, I’m not able to do much about it. This sounds like it’ll really help. 🥹

I promise it will help so much and I also have been where you are! It's so hard to develop a *healthy* relationship with social media- the goal of this is to help slowly (and gently) shift how we interact with screens. I can't wait to start, truly!

This is exactly what I need - I feel my attention is fragmented, and I long to reclaim the deep focus - and the ability to be bored! - that I had pre- smartphone. Really looking forward to the next 3 months
