Idk if you know this, but I am a perfectionist. I would say I’m a recovering perfectionist, but I am too much of a perfectionist to say that. If you’re a perfectionist, you probably know how this can inhibit your writing.

Sometimes my perfectionism stops me from posting essays on The Writer, but the chat feature is informal, which means being perfect doesn’t matter! (newsflash, me— being perfect is impossible and never matters (tell my brain that)).
