Hello All! Our first session of Spacious Centering went really well. I am still ironing out some kinks but I feel really hopeful about this offering. For the first time I am creating something that feels really authentic to me and is playful and expansive enough to accomodate neurodiverse writers working in different genres.
For this session, I focused on memory, space and description, meaning-making, and point of view. Using various prompts, we explored together, and I really loved it. Thanks to everyone who showed up for themselves, and I hope the recording works well.
The session is almost 1 hour and 15 minutes. I really recommend you giving yourself that time to do the whole thing, even if you’re watching the recording. If needed you can pause after each exercise and create bite-sized portions, but they are all cohesive and meant to flow as a whole. Either way, let me know what you think! I am very open to feedback.
